The NBA has arguably the greatest athletes in the world. Great individual performers, teams and great coaches. Who's the best? Whose game transcends the eras? What franchises have gotten it right...and which one's are clueless?
What is the Deep 6? The Deep 6 is a collection of players through the history of a franchise that would be the choice to play in a tournament. Likely the greatest players in the history of that team...yet teams with numerous hall of famers will have tougher cuts to make.
The criteria is not strict, but I request that the selected players have more than 3 years with their prospective. In some cases, that might prove impossible due to expansion teams and general mediocrity. Also, lets try not to use the same players over & over...but there are definite exceptions.
This is a statement through my research, quarrels and sheer gut feelings on who makes the cut. I am absolutely positive that someone of great prowess will be left out. I apologize in advance! But...this is it.

When U gonna get 2 da Central playa.......
(My original post)
Sorry for the delay,
Like I stated before Duke, I think that certain players can only be used once for certain teams (Shaq, Iverson, Barkley, Nash, Chamberlain, Rodman etc) all had stellar careers with numerous teams but they should be picked once and if challenged then that analyst should be able to back up the reasoning behind picking him for that team. That is the criteria that I will be using for my picks. I’ll deal with the Atlantic Division first, as you did.
